Mr. Dale Gunderson

Dale Gunderson started at Grand Rapids High School in 1994 and is currently in his 7th year of teaching. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University where he holds a bachelor's degree in Music Education with a Jazz Studies Emphasis. During his time at St. Cloud State, Mr. Gunderson performed in many ensembles and directed the St. Cloud State University Sports Band.

A native of Grand Rapids, Mr. Gunderson's duties include directing the Concert Band, Varsity Band, 9th Grade Band, Jazz Ensemble II and works with the Marching Band and Pep Band. Along with his band directing duties, Mr. Gunderson is a clinician, soloist and adjudicator throughout the State of Minnesota.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Gunderson serves as the Assistant High School Golf Coach and if he's not in the school, chances are he's on the golf course.
