Pep Band Expectations

1. If you are at an event that the band is playing at (any event), you play with the band.
2. You do not bring your friends in for Free.
3. Uniform attire is expected and is mandatory for Tournaments.
4. You cannot drive yourself to a tournament game.  Plan ahead, we did by putting out the schedule early…so if you are at another activity and want to go to the tournament game, you must get a parent to drive you.  You are also expected to play in the band once you arrive. 
5. If you are riding with a parent to a tournament, prior approval with a director is required.
6. When the band is playing….you should be playing.  Be ready to play so the band sounds good and you are contributing to the sound.
7. An audience is always monitoring your actions.  Be respectful while you are having fun.
8. It is necessary to guard your instrument from damage.  Carelessness will cost you money as well as not having an instrument to play for a while, which can also affect your grade.
